Privacy policy

Your attention and data deserve respect.

This notice explains what Indiefluence collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices available to you.

Information you choose to send

When you submit an enquiry, we receive the name, email address, phone number, company information and project details you enter. The form is delivered through EmailJS. We use this information only to review and respond to your enquiry and to continue a conversation you have requested.

Analytics and consent

Google Analytics and PostHog help us understand which pages people find useful and which contact paths work. These tools remain opted out until you choose “Allow analytics” in the consent panel. You can change that choice at any time through “Privacy Preferences” in the footer.

External services

Booking a meeting, opening WhatsApp, viewing social profiles, or loading externally hosted media takes you to a service operated by another company. Cal.com, WhatsApp, EmailJS, Google, PostHog and Cloudinary process information under their own terms and privacy notices.

How we use and protect information

  • To answer enquiries and prepare relevant follow-up.
  • To operate, secure and improve the website.
  • To understand consented, aggregate usage patterns.
  • To meet legal obligations or respond to valid legal requests.

We do not sell personal information. Access is limited to people and service providers who need it for these purposes. We keep information only for as long as it remains useful for the conversation, the engagement, or an applicable legal obligation.

Your choices

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, withdraw analytics consent, or ask us to stop contacting you. Some records may need to be retained where the law requires it.
